Best Value Healthcare Acquires MAXhealth

The deal—announced March 12, 2021—adds scale (about 45 primary care providers across 13 clinics serving roughly 11,000 lives) to Best Value Healthcare; the platform is backed by Arsenal Capital Partners, which invested in Best Value Healthcare in November 2020.

CareMax Acquires Steward Health Care's Medicare Value-Based Care Business
