Revere Medical, a Kinderhook-backed employed medical group, has agreed to acquire the Medicare Shared Savings Program portion of CareMax's Management Services Organization (MSO), which supports care for approximately 80,000 Medicare beneficiaries. The transaction, part of CareMax's prearranged Chapter 11 process and subject to court and regulatory approvals, is expected to close in Q1 2025 and will expand Revere Medical's value‑based care capabilities.

MaxHealth operates ~58 owned clinics and 24 affiliated clinics (sources report 54 owned + 4 specialty clinics + 24 affiliates), is supported by roughly 530 employees and cares for more than 120,000 patients (including 80,000+ in value-based care programs). The acquisition expands CenterWell Senior Primary Care's senior-focused, value-based primary care footprint in key Florida markets; financial terms were not disclosed.
