Las Mercedes Medical Centers Acquires Pasteur and Wellmax Medical Centers from Elevance Health

Las Mercedes Medical Centers has acquired Pasteur and Wellmax Medical Centers, a large Medicare-focused staff-model medical center operation in South Florida previously owned by Elevance Health. WELL Health Acquires MyHealth Partners

WELL Health Technologies Corp. agreed to acquire MyHealth Partners Inc. for C$206M in cash, shares and debt financing plus a contingent earn-out of up to C$60M, making WELL the largest outpatient medical clinic owner-operator in Canada and a leading multi-disciplinary telehealth provider. MyHealth operates 48 locations across Ontario (with ~75% of consultations via telehealth) and is expected to generate proforma revenues of approximately C$100M with ~20% EBITDA margins in 2021.
