CareMax Acquires DNF Medical Centers

CareMax, Inc. (NASDAQ: CMAX) has closed its acquisition of DNF Medical Centers, a six-location medical practice serving roughly 4,000 Medicare Advantage members in the Orlando metro area. The deal expands CareMax’s footprint in Central Florida and provides a foundation for further growth in the Tampa Bay and Central Florida markets using CareMax’s CareOptimize technology and sales infrastructure.
