AVI-SPL, a global digital enablement and AV/UC integrator headquartered in Tampa, Florida, has acquired CCS Presentation Systems Southwest (CCS Southwest), the Mesa, Arizona-based audio-visual design and systems integration operator. The deal expands AVI-SPL’s presence and resources in the U.S. Southwest and adds local AV/UC integration and managed services capabilities for corporate, government, and education customers.

ON Services Acquires CMI AV

ON Services, a national live event production and in-house AV provider headquartered in Atlanta, has acquired CMI AV, an AV design and event production firm with offices in New York and Washington, D.C. The deal expands ON Services' geographic footprint to 14 states and increases its in-house AV presence across 50 venues, broadening its capabilities for corporate, association, medical and trade-show events.

Ricoh Acquires Presentation Products, Inc.

PPI’s team will join Ricoh’s managed AV services organization (Cenero) to scale integrated workplace solutions across AV, IT, collaboration platforms, and managed services in North America.

AVI Systems Acquires Neurilink
