Raptor Technologies Acquires CPOMS

Raptor Technologies, a leading US provider of K‑12 school safety software, has acquired CPOMS, the UK‑based leader in student safeguarding SaaS. The acquisition was completed alongside strategic investments in Raptor led by Thoma Bravo with participation from JMI Equity and Ares Capital; financial terms were not disclosed. CPOMS (used by thousands of schools) was previously backed by ECI.
