Mount Franklin Foods Acquires Assets of Stuffed Puffs

El Paso-based Mount Franklin Foods, LLC has acquired the assets of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania–based Stuffed Puffs, LLC in a deal effective immediately for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition brings Stuffed Puffs' proprietary filled-marshmallow technology and consumer brand into Mount Franklin's confectionery, co-manufacturing and private-label portfolio to accelerate product innovation and growth.

Milne Fruit Products Acquires Valley Processing Assets

Milne Fruit Products, a Prosser, Washington-based fruit processor, has acquired the assets of Valley Processing in Sunnyside, Washington, including juice and puree production lines and freezer/cold storage facilities. Milne said the purchase expands capacity and product synergies with its existing fruit and vegetable puree and juice offerings, enabling continued growth with its industrial food ingredient, beverage and health & wellness customers.

International Farming Acquires Chelan Fruit Cooperative

International Farming (IFC), a privately‑owned institutional asset manager, has acquired Chelan Fruit Cooperative, a 100‑year‑old Washington grower, packer and shipper of apples, cherries and pears. The deal combines Chelan Fruit’s orchards, packing and controlled‑atmosphere storage with IFC’s existing Washington tree‑fruit footprint to drive economies of scale and improve grower economics.
