Milne Fruit Products Acquires Valley Processing Assets

Milne Fruit Products, a Prosser, Washington-based fruit processor, has acquired the assets of Valley Processing in Sunnyside, Washington, including juice and puree production lines and freezer/cold storage facilities. Milne said the purchase expands capacity and product synergies with its existing fruit and vegetable puree and juice offerings, enabling continued growth with its industrial food ingredient, beverage and health & wellness customers.
