Acuity Brands, Inc. acquired LocusLabs, Inc., a provider of indoor mapping and location-platform software, to integrate LocusLabs' venue mapping and wayfinding capabilities with Acuity's Atrius IoT and building solutions. The acquisition is intended to enable rapid indoor positioning, wayfinding, asset tracking and analytics for airports, event centers and large multi-floor venues; terms were not disclosed and the deal was not expected to materially affect Acuity Brands' fiscal 2020 results.

AMCS Acquires Qv21 Technologies

AMCS, the Ireland‑headquartered provider of sustainability and operations software for resource‑intensive industries, has acquired Qv21 Technologies, an Austin‑based fleet management and logistics SaaS provider for short‑haul and bulk commodity transportation, for an undisclosed amount. The deal expands AMCS’s transportation management capabilities and North American footprint, enabling enhanced logistics, workflow automation and sustainability outcomes for customers in waste, recycling and bulk materials transport.

Quanta Services Acquires Dynamic Systems (DSI)

Quanta Services completed the acquisition of Dynamic Systems (DSI), a turnkey mechanical, plumbing and process infrastructure solutions provider headquartered in Austin, Texas. The transaction, which closed July 25, 2025, expands Quanta's mechanical construction and off-site fabrication capabilities, adds a ~2,400-employee platform and diversified end-market exposure (technology/semiconductor, healthcare, industrial) and was funded with cash and Quanta stock (approximately $1.35 billion upfront plus potential earnout).

Advantage Solutions Acquires Quantum Networks

Advantage Solutions has acquired Quantum Networks, a New York City–based e-commerce retailer and agency that represents more than 100 brands across major online marketplaces. The acquisition brings Quantum's Amazon/marketplace selling and brand-management capabilities into Advantage Digital Technology to expand Advantage's omnichannel e-commerce and digital services offering; terms were not disclosed.

MSQ Acquires New York Creative Agency SPCSHP

London-based MSQ has acquired New York-based creative agency SPCSHP (formerly Big Spaceship), adding roughly 140 employees and more than doubling MSQ's U.S. presence and North American revenues to $100 million. The deal, backed by private equity partners One Equity Partners and LDC, expands MSQ's capabilities and scale in North America and integrates SPCSHP into MSQ's global network of creative, media and technology agencies.
