IMV Technologies Group has acquired Medivet Scandinavian AB, a Sweden-based provider of veterinary DR X‑ray systems and other imaging modalities headquartered in Ängelholm. The acquisition expands IMV's companion animal imaging business and adds Medivet’s equine MERS X‑ray capability and Scandinavian market presence.

CVC DIF Acquires Spanish Data Centre Operator Adam Ecotech

CVC DIF has agreed to acquire a 100% stake in Adam Ecotech, a colocation data centre operator with facilities in Madrid and Barcelona, from Ogic Informatica. The deal gives CVC DIF a platform entry into the European data centre market and will support Adam Ecotech's planned capacity and geographic expansion across Spain and Europe.

CVC DIF Acquires HiSERV from AVECO Holding

CVC DIF, the infrastructure strategy of private markets manager CVC (via its CIF III fund), has agreed to acquire German ground service equipment lessor HiSERV from AVECO Holding. The deal positions HiSERV to scale as a pan‑European GSE leasing and services platform, subject to customary regulatory approvals and expected to close in Q3 2024.

LDC Acquires Medray Group from Erisbeg

LDC, the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group, has invested in Medray Group, a provider of diagnostic imaging equipment and services, marking an exit for Irish PE investor Erisbeg. The deal (subject to CCPC approval) will see LDC back Medray's management to pursue growth through sales investment, complementary acquisitions and expansion into additional imaging modalities across the UK and Ireland.

RadNet (DeepHealth) Acquires CIMAR UK

Medica Group PLC Acquires RadMD
