IK Partners’ IK IX Fund has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Dutch digital transformation consultancy IG&H, with the founding management team reinvesting alongside the fund. IG&H, headquartered in Utrecht with ~350 employees and offices in Lisbon, Porto and Munich, provides consultancy, data analytics, low-code development and proprietary digital solutions for clients in pensions, banking, insurance, retail and healthcare; IK will support international expansion and M&A-driven consolidation.

The Netherlands-based insurance distribution platform, which operates as a broker and Managing General Agent (MGA) serving over 60,000 customers with more than 130 employees, will partner with IK to pursue further consolidation and organic growth in the P&C insurance market.
