Rightsline, a Los Angeles–based IP rights and royalties SaaS platform, has acquired REAL Software Systems to integrate REAL's Alliant royalties and IP commerce capabilities into a unified, end-to-end IP monetization platform. The deal expands Rightsline's product capabilities beyond media and entertainment into gaming, publishing, consumer products, life sciences and high tech; Rightsline is backed by Klass Capital, which will continue to support growth and future M&A.
