SEI Group LLC, a portfolio company of Quad-C Management, has acquired Tailored Foam of Florida, Inc., a Sanford, Florida-based spray foam and masonry foam insulation distributor/installer. The acquisition expands SEI's spray foam capabilities and footprint across Florida and southern Georgia, while the Tailored Foam founders and team will remain in place.

Guardian Capital Partners Forms North American Door & Dock with Acquisition of American Overhead Door & Dock

Guardian Capital Partners has formed a new platform, North American Door & Dock, and completed the initial acquisition of American Overhead Door & Dock, LLC, a Levittown, Pennsylvania-based commercial door and loading-dock services provider. Guardian will scale the platform through organic investment and buy-and-build M&A to expand geographic coverage, capabilities, and infrastructure while retaining members of the Swope family management team.

American Food Partners Acquires The Town Dock (NGC, Inc.)

American Food Partners, Inc. has acquired NGC, Inc., the owner of The Town Dock, a Rhode Island-based seafood company specializing in squid and calamari, including its affiliated fleet of vessels. Ryan Clark will remain as CEO of The Town Dock while AFP adds the business to its portfolio alongside SeaFresh USA and Handrigan Seafood to expand its U.S. presence and squid/calamari program.

D.C. Humphrys Acquires Gosport Manufacturing

Philadelphia-based D.C. Humphrys has acquired Gosport Manufacturing, an 80-year-old Gosport, Indiana maker of tarpaulins and industrial textiles. The acquisition preserves local manufacturing operations and employees, with Humphrys planning to add capacity and begin producing some athletic products at the Gosport facility following Joseph King’s retirement.

MarineMax Acquires Midcoast Construction Enterprises (Midcoast Marine Group)

Midcoast founder and CEO Jack Fulford will continue to run the business as part of MarineMax's expanding marina and services platform.

Decks & Docks Company Acquires Service Wholesale, Inc.

Decks & Docks Company, a Clearwater, Florida-based specialty distributor of composite decking and outdoor living products, has acquired Service Wholesale, Inc. (SWI), a Downingtown, Pennsylvania-based distributor of building and remodeling materials. The deal gives Decks & Docks its first Pennsylvania location and adds roofing and siding to its product offering; SWI will operate under the Decks & Docks banner with Eric and Matthew Schmidt continuing to lead the business.
