Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises, Inc. completed the acquisition of VODA A/S, a multi-brand aftermarket parts and service provider for energy plants in Scandinavia. The business will be integrated into B&W's B&W Renewable segment to expand the company's renewable parts and service capabilities and create a platform for growth across Europe.
