(PCS), a Memphis-based wholesale distributor of pool and spa products, with the transaction completed on October 8, 2021. PCS leadership (Ed Flemmons and Sam Rogers) will remain in place as Heritage expands its footprint into the Midsouth market.

The deal (closed June 18, 2024) brings SRS's branch network, sales force and delivery capabilities into The Home Depot to accelerate growth with residential professional customers and expand the company's total addressable market.

Commercial Energy Specialists Holdings LLC (dba Aquafinity), a Turning Basin Capital and Vigeo Investments-backed platform, has acquired Aquatic Environmental Systems, Inc. (AES), a Tempe, Arizona-based provider of full-service water treatment solutions for commercial and institutional swimming pools in Arizona, New Mexico and west Texas. The add-on deal, which closed June 30, 2023, expands Aquafinity’s geographic presence in the Southwest; terms were not disclosed.

SRS Distribution Acquires Sunniland Corporation
