Junto Holdings Group, Inc., a Minneapolis-based permanent-capital investment holding company, has acquired SensorTec, LLC, a Fort Wayne, Indiana manufacturer of precision temperature sensors. SensorTec will continue to operate independently from its Fort Wayne facility with the existing management and team remaining in place; the deal provides a long-term ownership structure and supports future growth while enabling the founder's succession.

Sensor, a Chatsworth, California-based designer and manufacturer of airborne antennas (approximately 200 employees), will continue operating under its current name and location; HEICO expects the acquisition to be accretive to earnings in the year following the acquisition.
