Junto Holdings Group, Inc., a Minneapolis-based permanent-capital investment holding company, has acquired SensorTec, LLC, a Fort Wayne, Indiana manufacturer of precision temperature sensors. SensorTec will continue to operate independently from its Fort Wayne facility with the existing management and team remaining in place; the deal provides a long-term ownership structure and supports future growth while enabling the founder's succession.

Pendo Acquires Mind the Product

Pendo has acquired Mind the Product, a London-based community that provides content, training and conferences serving more than 300,000 product managers worldwide. The roughly 20-person Mind the Product team (and its subscription base of 3,000+ members, ProductTank meetups, conferences and community assets) will join Pendo to expand the company's content, training and events capabilities and complement Pendo’s product experience platform.

Pendo Acquires Chisel Labs

Pendo has acquired Chisel Labs, an AI-powered product management platform, to accelerate development of agentic AI for product teams and to bring Chisel’s engineering talent in-house. The deal establishes Pune, India as a new R&D hub for Pendo (in addition to Chisel’s San Francisco presence) and will help Pendo scale specialized AI frameworks and autonomous product agents.

Belden Inc. Acquires Precision Optical Technologies, Inc.

Belden Inc. has acquired Precision Optical Technologies, Inc. in a transaction announced at approximately $290 million in cash. The deal adds a portfolio of value‑added optical transceivers and fiber products to Belden's Enterprise Solutions segment to broaden its PON and fiber offerings for telcos, MSOs, data centers and enterprise customers; the acquisition was expected to close by end of Q2 2024 and has been completed.

Eli Lilly Acquires Protomer Technologies

The deal has potential value of over $1 billion contingent on development and commercial milestones; Lilly previously held a 14% stake and is acquiring the remaining shares to gain Protomer's glucose‑sensing insulin programs and protein‑engineering MEPS platform.

Pendo Acquires Zelta AI to Accelerate AI-Powered Customer Intelligence

The deal strengthens Pendo's AI capabilities for product discovery and feedback analysis, and the Zelta team will help establish an AI center of excellence in Pendo's New York office.
