Frontline Healthcare Partners, a private equity firm focused on distributed healthcare businesses, has acquired a controlling interest in Integracare Inc., a private-pay home care provider headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. Frontline will partner with Integracare’s president and CEO Lee Grunberg to grow the business organically and via a dedicated acquisition strategy across Ontario and beyond.
