Aleris Acquires Art Clinic

Aleris, a Triton Fund V portfolio company, has signed an agreement to acquire Art Clinic, a Swedish specialist care provider focused on orthopedics, back surgery and aesthetic/reconstructive plastic surgery. The deal includes four specialist clinics and five satellite clinics across several Swedish regions (about 230 employees) and is subject to customary regulatory approvals; terms were not disclosed.
