Aleris AB Acquires Proliva AB from Praktikertjänst

Aleris AB, a Triton Fund V portfolio company, has completed the acquisition of Proliva AB from Praktikertjänst AB. The deal adds Proliva's ~2,400 employees and specialist outpatient capabilities (including geriatrics and psychiatry) to Aleris, more than doubling Aleris's Swedish footprint and providing greater scale for digital and operational investments.

The deal includes four specialist clinics and five satellite clinics across several Swedish regions (about 230 employees) and is subject to customary regulatory approvals; terms were not disclosed.
