Aleris AB, a Triton Fund V portfolio company, has completed the acquisition of Proliva AB from Praktikertjänst AB. The deal adds Proliva's ~2,400 employees and specialist outpatient capabilities (including geriatrics and psychiatry) to Aleris, more than doubling Aleris's Swedish footprint and providing greater scale for digital and operational investments.

Oakley Capital Private Equity III has agreed to acquire PRIMAVERA Business Software Solutions, the Portuguese leader in ERP and business management software, from founders José Dionísio and Jorge Batista. The business will be combined with Oakley’s existing portfolio company Ekon and recent bolt-ons to form Grupo Primavera, a leading independent Iberian SME software platform focused on accelerating SaaS adoption.

Cinven to acquire Viridium and combine it with Generali Lebensversicherung AG

Cinven's Sixth Fund has agreed to acquire the Viridium Group and provide equity for Viridium to acquire Generali Lebensversicherung AG, creating a leading consolidator in the German life insurance market. The combination will bring together roughly 5 million policies and around €55–60 billion of assets under management, with Generali Deutschland retaining a 10.1% stake and Hannover Re reinvesting in the combined entity.

Pan-American Life Acquires Encova Life Insurance Company

Pan-American Life Insurance Company (PALIC) has completed the acquisition and merger of Encova Life Insurance Company. The transaction adds roughly $60 million in revenue, over $500 million in total assets, $35 million in insurance premiums and about 79,000 covered lives to PALIC’s U.S. life insurance business, strengthening its U.S. scale and Mutual Trust Life Solutions division.
