(NASDAQ: BWMN) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Terra Associates, Inc., a Houston- and San Antonio-based civil engineering and surveying firm, with closing scheduled for December 31, 2021. The acquisition, financed with cash, seller financing and stock, is expected to be immediately accretive and to contribute approximately $5.5 million of annualized net service billing while expanding Bowman’s Texas operations and service capabilities.
