Apollo Impact Acquires United Living Group from Elysian Capital

United Living, a UK provider of essential infrastructure, social housing maintenance and construction services employing over 1,000 people, will be led by founder and CEO Neil Armstrong as it scales under Apollo Impact; financial terms were not disclosed.
