The acquisition adds ProLease's installed base of more than 700 clients and several integrated modules—real estate, equipment, lease accounting, workplace, maintenance and project—supporting MRI's growth across geographic markets and compliance with new global lease accounting standards.

MRI Software Acquires Angus Systems

The acquisition adds Angus AnyWhere's facilities-management, access control, and tenant-experience capabilities (and ~120 employees) to MRI's product portfolio, expanding MRI's FM functionality and strengthening its Canadian presence.

MRI Software Acquires Manhattan Real Estate and Workplace Solutions from Trimble

MRI Software has entered into an agreement to acquire Manhattan, the real estate and workplace solutions division of Trimble. The deal expands MRI's occupier and workplace-management capabilities, strengthening its IWMS and lease accounting offerings to better serve commercial property owners, operators and corporate occupiers globally; the transaction was expected to close in the first half of 2021 and is subject to customary closing conditions.

MRI Software Acquires MacMunnis, Inc.

MRI Software has acquired MacMunnis, Inc., a Chicago-based provider of lease administration software and managed services, to expand its MRI @Work occupier offering. The acquisition brings cloud-based lease administration, payment processing, lease abstraction and audit services into MRI’s platform to better serve corporate occupiers and address lease accounting standards compliance.
