MRI Software LLC has acquired CTM Software, a Colorado-based provider of SaaS transaction management, document workflow and electronic signature solutions for residential real estate agents. The acquisition gives MRI an entry point into the U.S. residential agent market and adds CTM’s workflow, document management and e-signature capabilities to MRI’s global real estate software platform; MRI is supported by private equity sponsors GI Partners and TA Associates.
