Macquarie Capital has acquired Kalkomey, a Richardson, Texas–based provider of online recreational safety education and regulatory software, from Cove Hill Partners (and previously held interests). The investment by Macquarie Capital’s Growth and Technology team will support Kalkomey’s continued growth, scale and expansion into new and adjacent markets globally while Macquarie principals join Kalkomey’s board.

Inverness Graham, a private investment firm based in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, has acquired Kalkomey Enterprises, Inc. and its complementary online hunter-education business, Outdoor Roadmap LLC. Kalkomey — a Dallas-based provider of online recreational safety education and state certification management SaaS — is the first platform investment from Inverness Graham III; Twin Brook Capital provided debt financing and terms were not disclosed.
