Abry Partners has made a significant growth investment in OneCare Media, a Seattle-headquartered digital content and consumer health marketing business that owns brands such as SleepFoundation.org, Tuck.com, Testing.com, Help.org, and OnlineDoctor.com. OneCare will use the proceeds to support ongoing growth and acquisition activities; CG Petsky Prunier served as exclusive financial advisor to OneCare on the transaction.

Sunrise Acquires Dreem Health to Expand U.S. Sleep Care Presence

Belgium-based sleep diagnostics company Sunrise has acquired California-based virtual sleep clinic Dreem Health to accelerate its U.S. expansion and add telehealth diagnosis and treatment capabilities. By pairing Sunrise's at-home sleep testing technology with Dreem Health's licensed providers and insurer partnerships, Sunrise aims to scale nationwide access to sleep care.

ResMed Acquires Somnoware

ResMed plans to retain Somnoware staff, integrate the platform into its solution portfolio while keeping it open and device-agnostic, and did not disclose material financial terms.

Fairfax Financial Holdings, through a newly formed wholly-owned subsidiary 16133258 Canada Inc., completed a cash takeover of Sleep Country Canada Holdings Inc. under a court-approved plan of arrangement, paying C$35.00 per common share. Sleep Country will be delisted from the TSX and cease reporting as Fairfax takes the specialty mattress retailer private.

Persante Health Care Acquires Sleep Management Services (SMS)

Persante Health Care, backed by Peninsula Capital Partners, has acquired Sleep Management Services (SMS), a BPO-focused sleep care services provider operating in Arkansas and Texas. The add-on expands Persante’s hospital-based and home sleep testing footprint, increasing scale to more than 125,000 patients served annually across 85 locations and strengthening its recurring, technology-enabled sleep management platform.
