The investment positions Hidden Harbor to scale RL James' operations across Southwest and Central Florida while providing an ownership transition for founder Bob James.

James, a portfolio company of Hidden Harbor Capital Partners, has acquired Blanchard Caulking & Coating, LLC, a Jacksonville-based provider of caulking, waterproofing, painting and exterior restoration services. The deal expands RL James' geographic footprint into Northeast Florida and broadens its service capabilities across the region; Jeremy Blanchard will remain with the business. Financing for the transaction was provided by First Eagle Alternative Credit.
