GenServe, a GenNx360 Capital Partners portfolio company, has acquired Illini Power Products and sister company Gen-Power, both based in Carol Stream, Illinois. The add-on expands GenServe's geographic footprint into the Chicago / Midwest market and brings the target leadership team (including former owner Scott Harbaugh) into GenServe to support growth.

Danos Group Holdings Acquires Performance Energy Services (PES)

Danos Group Holdings has acquired Houma-based Performance Energy Services (PES), adding PES’s business units, administrative office and waterfront operations facility to the Danos family. PES will remain a separate entity and join Danos LLC, with Danos Ventures facilitating the transaction to expand Danos’s project services and waterfront capabilities in the energy sector.

Pearce Services, a New Mountain Capital-backed provider of mission-critical infrastructure services, has acquired Unified Power, a Terrell, Texas-based provider of UPS and backup generator maintenance and repair services. The deal, supported with incremental capital from Goldman Sachs Alternatives' Hybrid Capital group, expands Pearce's capabilities into UPS services and strengthens its presence across data center, telecom, healthcare and other mission-critical end markets; Incline Equity Partners sold Unified Power.
