During Tonka Bay’s ownership ESP expanded engineering capabilities, launched proprietary product lines, grew exclusive supplier agreements and completed an add-on acquisition; the buyer was not disclosed in the announcement.

The seller is Ironbridge Equity Partners (with management participation); financial terms were not disclosed.
