Infinedi Partners, a New York-based private equity firm, completed an investment in Cultural Experiences Abroad, LLC (CEA), a Phoenix-headquartered provider of study abroad and internship programs for U.S. university students. The partnership gives CEA additional capital and board support to strengthen health & safety resources and provide financial stability as international education recovers from COVID-19 disruption.

Infinedi Partners' portfolio company CEA CAPA Education Abroad has completed the acquisition of CIS Abroad, CISaustralia, and Barcelona SAE from parent company Global Educators. The deal expands CEA CAPA's global footprint and program offerings—bringing an additional ~4,000 students annually into a combined platform that now serves more than 15,000 students across dozens of countries and study centers.

Infinedi-Owned CEA CAPA Education Abroad Acquires Atlantis

The acquisition adds Atlantis' experiential pre-health, pre-law and pre-consulting study-abroad and shadowing programs (serving ~2,500 students annually) to CEA CAPA's global study-abroad platform, expanding program capabilities for its university partners.

Cinven to Acquire INSEEC U.

CGE Partners Invests in Inspera

CGE Partners has made a growth investment in Inspera, a high-growth end-to-end e-assessment SaaS provider sold to universities, schools and professional awarding bodies. The capital will support Inspera’s international expansion and product investment as the company scales beyond its Nordic origins. Inspera was founded in 1999 and employs more than 130 people.
