Clearlake Capital Group and TA Associates have completed their acquisition of Kofax from Thoma Bravo. Kofax, an Irvine-based provider of intelligent automation software, will partner with Clearlake and TA to accelerate cloud, AI/ML and robotic process automation investments and pursue growth through product development and M&A; financial terms were not disclosed.
