TA Associates Acquires FD Technologies (KX) in £570M All-Cash Deal

TA Associates has reached an agreement to acquire the entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of FD Technologies plc (owner of KX) in an all-cash transaction valuing the company at approximately £570 million. The acquisition, completed via a newly formed Bidco owned by funds advised by TA, gives TA a majority stake while existing shareholders retain a meaningful minority interest and will support KX's acceleration of product innovation and expansion across data- and AI-intensive verticals.
