Real Estate Business Analytics (REBA) has acquired Markerr, a market data and analytics provider that supplies public rent datasets and AI-driven forecasting for multifamily and single-family rental markets. The deal integrates Markerr's public rent data, demand/supply insights and predictive models into REBA's connected analytics platform to enhance operational intelligence, compliance-ready datasets and AI forecasting for real estate owners and operators.
Premialab, a provider of data, analytics and execution tools for quantitative investing, secured a $220 million growth investment led by KKR with participation from existing backer Balderton Capital. The capital will fund global expansion, accelerate product development (including a recently launched execution product co-developed with Eurex), and scale Premialab’s data and risk analytics platform for institutional clients.
Integral Ad Science (IAS) agreed to be acquired by Novacap in an all-cash deal valued at approximately $1.9 billion. IAS shareholders will receive $10.30 per share in cash, and IAS will become a privately held company under the IAS brand.
Trading Technologies International (TT) has acquired OpenGamma, a derivatives margin and capital optimization analytics provider. The deal will integrate OpenGamma's margin-optimization tools into TT's multi-asset trading platform to deepen risk and capital-efficiency capabilities and expand distribution to buy-side and sell-side clients worldwide; terms were not disclosed.
LandGate Corp. has acquired Topos in an all-cash transaction to integrate Topos’ AI-powered insights for faster due diligence on battery storage, renewable energy and power projects into LandGate’s site-selection platform. The deal expands LandGate’s data and AI capabilities—reducing time-to-market for energy and infrastructure projects and strengthening its position serving developers, utilities, ISOs and financial sponsors.
GeologicAI, a Calgary-based provider of high-resolution decision engineering for the critical minerals sector, has acquired Lumo Analytics, a Helsinki-based maker of compact LIBS (Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy) scanners. The acquisition extends GeologicAI’s on-site sensor suite to include rapid detection of light elements and rare-earth elements, strengthening its data and analytics offering for mining customers.
Senzing, a provider of real-time entity resolution technology, has acquired the Placekey service and technology, bringing the open universal identifier for places data under Senzing's ownership. Placekey will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary and remain freely available while benefiting from Senzing's resources to accelerate innovation and expand use cases for location data interoperability.
Adecoagro S.A. completed the acquisition of YPF S.A.’s remaining 50% stake in Profertil S.A., bringing Adecoagro’s ownership to 90% and leaving Asociación de Cooperativas Argentinas (ACA) with 10%.
