Merck KGaA Acquires JSR Life Sciences Chromatography Business

Merck KGaA entered into a definitive agreement and later completed the acquisition of the chromatography business of JSR Life Sciences. The deal adds Amsphere Protein A resins and Protein A chromatography capabilities to Merck’s downstream Process Solutions portfolio, strengthening scalable purification for monoclonal antibodies.
