The deal brings Techsalerator's marketplace, partner integrations, and U.S. distribution strength into Datasharp's platform to accelerate data sourcing, engineering, and global distribution for AI and SaaS customers; Wahba will play a key role in expanding Datasharp's U.S. presence.
