UK Microsoft partner Transparity Solutions Limited, backed by Beech Tree Private Equity, has acquired DataShapa, a Microsoft-focused Data & AI consultancy. DataShapa will become Transparity's specialist data practice to broaden its Data, BI and AI capabilities and support the group's growth plans.
