Nordic Capital To Acquire BMLL to Expand Global Advanced Market Data and Analytics

Nordic Capital has agreed to acquire BMLL, an independent provider of harmonized historical order book data and analytics for global capital markets. The deal, made alongside BMLL management and minority shareholder Optiver, is intended to accelerate BMLL’s expansion, deepen venue coverage and historical depth, and enhance its multi-asset analytics suite.
