The combined company will create a two-sided “system of record” for onchain capital markets, connecting issuer disclosures and investor/market intelligence via deeper data coverage, stronger APIs, and improved investor relations, monitoring, and compliance workflows.
Octus signed a definitive agreement to acquire LevPro, which upon closing will join Octus’ Sky Road platform to create a vertically integrated, AI-powered portfolio management and trading solution for CLO and private credit managers. Fitch Group entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Trepp, a provider of data, insights, and technology solutions for structured finance, commercial real estate, and banking. The deal will make Trepp a wholly owned subsidiary of Fitch Solutions, and Rothermere Continuation Holdings Limited (parent of DMGT) agreed to sell Trepp. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026.

The acquisition adds an AI-powered social publishing and distribution layer that automates what to post, when to post it, and cross-platform execution to capture fast-closing viral windows.
