EarthDaily Analytics Acquires Descartes Labs

EarthDaily Analytics (EDA), backed by Antarctica Capital, has acquired Descartes Labs and its government subsidiary, Descartes Labs Government, Inc. The deal integrates Descartes Labs' commercial products and government-facing capabilities into EDA's Earth Observation and analytics platform, expanding EDA's addressable markets across insurance, energy, mining and U.S. defense/intelligence and positioning EDA as a platform for further geospatial add-ons.
