H.I.G. Capital sold its minority stake in The Bluebird Group as part of a recapitalization of the omnichannel commerce services company by Bluebird’s founders and Bertram Capital. Financial terms were not disclosed. Bluebird is headquartered in Minneapolis and provides data and analytics-driven commerce solutions across retail media, social commerce, marketplaces, creative, and related services.
Bridgepoint and Bowmark Capital have agreed to sell Helio Intelligence, an AI-enabled political intelligence and public affairs monitoring services provider across Europe, to ECI Partners. The deal is subject to regulatory approval, while financial terms were not disclosed. Bridgepoint will reinvest in Helio as a minority shareholder through its Bridgepoint Growth II small-cap fund alongside ECI.
Advaya Capital completed its acquisition of Comscore Movies, the theatrical box office measurement platform, from Comscore, Inc.
