The deal expands Rekor’s geographic footprint and urban mobility capabilities by combining ATD’s traffic data collection and engineering services with Rekor’s AI/ML roadway intelligence platform.

Andavi Solutions Acquires Digitalrep

The deal adds Digitalrep's PricingGateway.com and Planomart platforms to Andavi's suite, strengthening its presence in beverage alcohol and providing inroads into broader CPG and retail customers; Madison Park Group advised Andavi on the transaction.

Symphony RetailAI Acquires ReTech Labs

Symphony RetailAI has acquired ReTech Labs, a SaaS provider of real-time shelf image capture and computer-vision recognition technology, to integrate ReTech's Rebotics into its Customer INsights and Decision Engine (CINDE).
