Dataciders, a Germany-based data & AI services group backed by Rivean Capital, has acquired Redpoint.Teseon, an IT services firm specializing in supply chain management solutions and AI-based business analytics. The deal is Dataciders' first acquisition since Rivean Capital’s January 2024 investment and is positioned as an add-on to expand Dataciders' supply chain and pharma industry capabilities.

Reapit (Accel‑KKR Portfolio Company) to Acquire Agentpoint PTY Limited

Reapit, a portfolio company backed by private equity firm Accel‑KKR, has entered into a binding agreement to acquire Agentpoint PTY Limited, the largest provider of retail estate agent websites and lead-generation technology in Australia. The deal—an add-on to Reapit's product portfolio—is expected to close by the end of the first calendar quarter and will expand Reapit's digital offerings and reach in the Australian market.

Accenture Acquires UK Data Consultancy Redkite
