Dataciders Group, a PE-backed Data & AI IT services platform, has acquired integration-factory, an IT services firm headquartered in Frankfurt am Main with an additional office in Leipzig. The add-on strengthens Dataciders' data platform, governance and master data management capabilities and expands its industry focus in financial services, energy and manufacturing; the deal is the fifth add-on since Rivean Capital’s investment in Dataciders in January 2024.
