Datasite has acquired Grata, an AI-native private market intelligence platform, and will integrate Grata as a strategic business unit while Grata's co-founders remain in leadership. CapVest Partners, Datasite’s controlling shareholder, intends to invest $500 million (organic and inorganic) to expand Datasite’s market intelligence and deal-sourcing capabilities globally.
