Datasite Acquires Grata; CapVest Commits $500M to Expand Intelligence Solutions

Entrata Acquires Rent Dynamics

(NASDAQ: RCII) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Acima Holdings LLC for $1.273 billion in cash plus approximately 10.8 million Rent‑A‑Center shares (valued at about $377 million). The deal—expected to close in H1 2021—adds Acima’s virtual lease-to-own fintech capabilities and national retail/e‑commerce partnerships to accelerate Rent‑A‑Center’s omnichannel LTO platform and long-term growth.
