Entrata, a Lehi, Utah-based property management operating system, received a $200 million minority investment from funds managed by Blackstone at a $4.3 billion valuation. The growth capital will support Entrata's expansion of its platform and product capabilities for property managers and residents.

RealPage Acquires Rentlytics

RentRedi Acquires eRentPayment and PaymentReport

The deal will fold eRentPayment and PaymentReport into RentRedi (with founder Rick Sands joining as Head of Payments), giving customers access to RentRedi's broader property-management feature set and improved credit-reporting across major bureaus.

Data Dynamics Acquires Infintus Innovations
