Guesty Acquires StaySense

Guesty, the California-based property management software company, has acquired Nashville-area vacation rental tech platform StaySense. StaySense's marketing and booking technology will be integrated into the Guesty platform to enable direct bookings, additional distribution channels, and enhanced marketing tools for Guesty's customers; the StaySense team will remain in its Nashville/Franklin headquarters.

VTrips Acquires Southern Vacation Rentals

VTrips, a fast-growing U.S. vacation rental management company, acquired Southern Vacation Rentals on April 1, 2022, adding 1,120 properties and 123 team members to its portfolio and bringing VTrips' total managed properties to more than 5,000. Southern Vacation Rentals' CEO Scott Seay will join VTrips as chief strategy officer as the companies integrate operations while retaining local brand presence.

Entrata Acquires Rent Dynamics

Entrata, a multifamily property management operating system, acquired 100% of the equity in Rent Dynamics to integrate RentPlus rent-reporting and resident financial tools into Entrata’s platform. The deal expands Entrata’s resident services capabilities to help renters build credit and provides additional retention and revenue tools for property managers; financial terms were not disclosed.

Renta Group Acquires Gustafssons Uthyrning AB

Renta Group Oy has agreed to acquire Gustafssons Uthyrning AB, a Swedish general equipment rental company with three depots in Oskarshamn, Västervik and Vimmerby. Gustafssons, which has 19 employees and annual revenues of approximately SEK 45 million, will continue local operations while benefiting from Renta's broader product range and digital solutions to strengthen Renta's presence in eastern Sweden.
