Rokt Invests $300M in mParticle

Rokt announced a US$300 million investment in mParticle and the two companies are merging to create an integrated real-time customer data and e-commerce relevancy offering. The deal combines Rokt's ecommerce transaction relevance platform with mParticle's customer data platform to accelerate product roadmap delivery while keeping mParticle's founders in leadership roles.
