Apollo Funds Acquire Majority Stake in Stream Data Centers (SDC)

Apollo-managed funds agreed to acquire a majority interest in Stream Data Centers (SDC), a developer and operator of hyperscale data center campuses in the United States. SDC management will retain a minority stake and continue to lead the business, while Apollo and Principal Asset Management provide additional capital support to scale SDC’s multi-gigawatt pipeline and land/power development.
